I have not received notification from Elevated Dermatology that they are willing to waive the the late cancellation/no-show fee of $ Please see the attached document, check number [redacted] has been cashed by Elevated Dermatology To avoid a derogatory mark on my credit, I did pay the invoice I have not been contacted by Elevated Dermatology
Thanks for the emailOf the many reasons this has been such a frustrating experience with this patient: (1) she believes someone (her assistant) called to cancel her appointmentIn fact, our practice and all of our team members have no record of anyone calling on her behalf to cancel her appointment; (2) we left her a voicemail in early January asking her to call us to discuss her situation/concerns and that we are willing to waive the $late cancellation fee that she should pay She has never returned our call and instead has chosen to handle this situation in this mannerThis is very disappointing and frustrating, especially in light of the fact we have provided her with care and had already established a relationship with her Please reiterate this information to her and let her know what we told her on her voicemail Again, we will refund the $ We will send her a certified letter regarding other aspects of this situation We will mail her a check by the end of the week and expect that she will remove her [redacted] review of our practice as her rendition of the events is incorrect Regards, DrM [redacted]

Thanks for the email. Of the many reasons this has been such a frustrating experience with this patient: (1) she believes someone (her assistant) called to cancel her appointment. In fact, our practice and all of our team members have no record of anyone calling on her behalf to cancel her appointment; (2) we left her a voicemail in early January asking her to call us to discuss her situation/concerns and that we are willing to waive the $250 late cancellation fee that she should pay. She has never returned our call and instead has chosen to handle this situation in this manner. This is very disappointing and frustrating, especially in light of the fact we have provided her with care and had already established a relationship with her. Please reiterate this information to her and let her know what we told her on her voicemail. Again, we will refund the $250. We will send her a certified letter regarding other aspects of this situation. We will mail her a check by the end of the week and expect that she will remove her [redacted] review of our practice as her rendition of the events is incorrect. Regards, Dr. M[redacted]
