The products are excellent !
However I think the current standard size for vertical and horizontal canvas is too small and should be increased for your customers to really appreciate the product
Otherwise everything worked out well for me cause I ordered the bigger sizes which cost more but look better :)

I ordered canvas paintings and only two were correctI received multiple canvas paintings that were not what I orderedThere is no customer service phone number which is frustratingI sent them an email and I'm waiting to hear from them

THEY REPLIED TO ME AND HELPED ME WITH THE REFUND I WAS ABLE TO GET ALL THE MONEY BACK, THE COSTUMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR WAS VERY NICE, AND I WAS ABLE TO VERIFY THAT THEY ARE NOT A SCAM THEY ARE LEGIT AND I AM FINALLY VERY PLEASED WITH THE ACTIONS TAKEN FROM ELEPHANTSTOCK

I ordered a waterfall picture. I loved it!!!!!!!!! I actually bought it for an office and everyone loved it. Really brought out the place. Just perfect, very good quality. Wonderful service, especially in light of my making a design change very late in the process. The change wasn't placed in time to prevent the original item from being shipped, but your team re-routed the shipment, and the replacement order is in process. I offered to pay extra to cover the hassle/extra shipment, but was told this wasn't necessary.

I ordered several canvas in the past, and this time I ordered two more for my family members. I took advantage of the Columbus day sale and saved some bucks. They came really fast! I think it took about 2 to 3 days. Which was Awsome. They were more beautiful in person with no defect whats so ever. I enjoyed hanging them with the family. They really bring wild natural beauty to our homes, more cozyines , and brings more social comfort atmosphere when we have visitors. Thank you! We LOVE them, and I have no regrets.

I submitted an order for 2 large mounted prints and 1 tryptic. The sales team was extremely helpful and assisted me with additional suggestions of possible images other than the ones I selected.

All arrived in a timely fashionpackaged well and securely.

There was a problem with one pieceone of the support pieces was broken. After a discussion with one of the reps we resolved that I would attempt to fix the problem myself and if I found that this was not satisfactory they would send me another print or issue a credit.

Would I order from them again...absolutely. I appreciated their straightforwardness, honesty,
and willingness to help and make sure I was pleased with their product.
