We have received the complaint and have made attempts to reach the customer in order to assist her with the sfor this unit. We will also explain to her that the unit is equipped with an ATSC tuner for the reception of digital channels. The unit is not defective
The warranty process is now completeThe refund request has been submitted and a check will be mailed 4-weeks

Element said the tv was going...
to be picked up. The first pick up was scheduled with me and the trucking company forgot about it being scheduled. I called to reschedule and was given 4 pm - 8pm Tuesday July 26th. I had to leave work in order to meet them for pick up. They sent a truck that damged trees. Didn't have a copy of manifest. Had to take picture. Called days later to track, company offets no tracking. Called following Monday still on trucking comany dock. Element customer service won't refund the purchase due to the tv has not been received but they have made no effort to schedule with company to be shipped. I asked for the refund because they know it has been picked up.
