Review: I ordered and payed for a cake through this company. I should have known better when I went to show up for a scheduled appt. and they were not at the office and never contacted me to reschedule. They delivered the wedding cake to the reception site. And I didn't notice until me and my husband when to cut the cake that it was wrong. I signed a contract with them saying that I wanted butter-cream frosting.And that the 4 tier cake was to have 3 layers in each tier; butter delight, chocolate swirl and butter delight. And I signed a contract of which I payed for 200 servings which the lady assured me that the cake would serve 215 people with 1 inch slices. I noticed when I tried the cake that it was not butter-cream frosting, it was a whipped frosting. I love butter-cream frosting so I am sure this was not butter-cream. Then I noticed the layers were not right, they were butter delight, chocolate swirl and chocolate. And then later when my wedding coordinator([redacted] at the Cotton Exchange in Waterford, WI) personally cut the cake, which he said that he knew the cake would not serve 215 people just by looking at it, he cut small slices and said he could only get 160 servings from the cake! So I had guests asking me later why they didn't get cake. I called them the monday after my wedding and they would not apologize, all they did was blame everyone else. I told them that I wanted my money back and they would not hear it. I have to call them, they never call me to give me an update of what they are planning on doing to settle this with me. Honestly, had they apologized right from the beginning I probably would have been okay with them just giving me half of my money back.Desired Settlement: I would just like this to be over with. I am sick of listening to there excuses, and I want a full refund.
