*** text me to do her hair into a grey ombre color I text her back and told her in a text that tog et this color it would take more than once This colors are hard but sometime they take the first time *** hair was a dark brown and the first time it didn't lift enough
I charged her for service the other was for a olaplex treatment She text me back that she didn't like color no where she said her hair is fried She asked me if I could redo it without charging her I told her OK I wouldn't charge the second time she came in I relifted, it lighten a little more but not enough I told her to to take a shampoo/conditioner home that I gave her This was a sliver/grey to turn the ends grey as you wash the hair She text me that she wanted her color back When she brought the product back to me it was never used I have her back only because she kept the blond ombre and never gave the shampoo a chance to change it grey
