I apologize that this has happened and I have attached some attempts to refund the money to ***.the only email address we had was the [redacted] email which we cannot refund throughThe cellphone number that was provided we have not received a response on after sending text messages to and it is not any of the numbers provided to Revdex.comWe reached out on July saying that we [redacted] would not be in town to decorate for the event and at that time I specifically asked for the email address to refund the deposit to on July which was before the eventWe did not take her money and run and she mentioned on one of the reviews [redacted] We even attempted to hire another contractor to fill in for us and do the work before contacting her to offer refund but they were also booked for that eventI have now refunded the deposit paid after getting the consumer's email address [redacted] we sincerely apologize this happenedWe have more pictures to attach to prove the refund of deposit and also to text messa to prove attempt to refund prior to this dateWe would also like to offer free decoration of a backdrop for your next event
