will order for a costumer if any alteration is needed the costumer will pay extra for any type of alterationWe do any types of alteration in house but is an extra cost Costumer has the decision to do the alteration with us or they can do it somewhere elseAfter reviewing our orders we could not find any info under that nameFor any questions or any other matter please ,you can contact the store numbers *** *** *** ( ***)

I am rejecting this response because: That policy should be posted on the preorder of the receipt. We were told the cost of the dress is an upfront cost that needs to be paid in full. If alterations is a regular way of over charging customers then do not require full cost and make sure that is a posted policy written for customers to sign and agree to. The order in my regards is not under my name but my wife's. I will not continue business there.
