Review: I had a phone call today trying to request information about our merchant accts. Initially they spoke with [redacted], the owner, who then transferred the call to me. After telling the sales person I was not interested she continued to belittle and argue. She stated that she was sending a sales person to our office and again telling her over and over we were not interested she said she was sending someone. I then told her they would be trespassing. I requested that she not call back and she said she would continue to call back.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to take us off of their call list and not call nor visit our company.

To whom it may concern.

This is Electronic Transaction Systems Corporation in [redacted], Virginia. We've never employed any one by the name of [redacted] (of whom the complaint was made to} or [redacted]. We've had several complaints that individuals (with no affiliation to our company) in Arizona and California have been using our DBA to harass businesses nearby. We are currently working with our lawyers to take legal actions against these Individuals.

I can assure you that the Incident stated in the compliant was not affiliated with our company in any way. I searched the company that submitted the complaint in all of our systems and I could not find a match. If we had ever contacted them in the past, the business would be in our records.
