I am rejecting this response because: The information they are giving you is different from the information they have giving me. They told me I process a total of 24 payment and 13 were invalid. They told me I am at 28% and I have to be at 15% or less. Since my account was put on hold I have process a total of 11 payment that they are holding funds for. Their software is very nonfunctional. The error that was made was a problem with in there software that I made them aware of. I have several correspondent to them. I have reporting information from them that does not match what they are telling you. The company give you the run around and nobody return calls and and give you full detail. After a month and half I was able to talk to someone and the report she give me didn't match what was in their system. They are talking money out my account but holding my funds. If I had 11 invalid checks and 11 was process after that were valid why is my money being held. That make it look like a scam. I have a record from a rep and she could even explain what was going on. They said a guy name [redacted] does everything. But my thing is why they reporting system does not match what I see. I had a payment that was showing paid on my report and when I question the ratio that mention that payment. This was in march I didn't not find out to June because their system was mess up. I question three of the error in the beginning [redacted] told me it was a problem with their system and they fix it. I find out in June it was not fix. I have copies of my reports that I printed and it does match. I had a attorney look at the reporting system. Within that week they updated their system 3 time to try to clear the errors and it still was not matching what they told me.
Sincerely,

rejecting this response because:Emails and phone calls were sent to Blake Robertson with no response. I disputed the $99 charge and was refunded for that. But again, I had to close the account (for the second time) and incurred charges related to that. Quite honestly, I don't expect Access Now (a.k.a. EPS) will do anything more at this point. Just let this go on record as a warning to the public that they should not do business with Access Now/Electronic Payment Systems.
Sincerely,

EPS has been unable to find a merchant account associated with any information the consumer has provided. EPS is requesting a business name, email address, and Merchant ID number to complete review.
We originally boarded this account as a credit card account and an ACH account. The merchant informed us that he didn’t want the credit card account so we closed it and refunded him for all the fees that he incurred. At that time, we also informed the merchant that we would be allow him to go month to month on his ACH account. Once our new portal was open and available to use, we informed the merchant that he would need to reenter any checks that he has previously submitted to EPS. The reason for this was the merchants now have the ability to stop payments in our portal. By granting him this access, I was hoping that this would save him money on returned check fees. The merchant requested us to close the account on September 19, 2016.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me for now. I would highly recommend other beware of this company as they tell you one thing and do the other. One of the few untrustworthy merchants left out there.

The only notice of Cancellation was in 2016 as previously stated. The merchant states in the last response that we have noted in the file about cancellation in 2013. This statement is incorrect, as the merchants first notice to cancel service was December 2016. There has been no false or misleading information provided, as the agreement signed by the merchant speaks for itself.
Hi [redacted], I want people to be aware of their scheme and agenda of just money-grabbing and randomly charging accounts. It's not a major deal to us to get a resolution of our lost time and multiple fee's on our account; but if a resolution is required, I would be extremely happy with a...
refund for all the fee's they charged us, unknowingly, and lost time for calling and emailing them. Most of all, I want the people and potential future customers to know to take their business elsewhere as these people there not loyal at all. I hope this helps. Thank you,[redacted]
The merchant [redacted] signed for processing services with EPS in October 2004. THe agreement signed is a 1 year agreement which auto renews each year unless the merchant provides EPS of its intentions to not renew the agreement at least 90 days before the renewal date in effect. EPS did receive a...
cancellation letter signed by [redacted] on 09/21/2016. At this time the account is set to cancel in October 2017 per the agreement signed. The cancellation policy was not only advised in the terms of the agreement, but also on 09/12 with a representative in our client services. On 09/20 the merchant advised he had switched processors, and called in very irate with multiple representatives. The merchant did see in April when using the Roam Data Mobile swiper, that 2 transactions were duplicated. This was for a charge of 30.35 and 26.71. Upon review by Roam Data, we could not be certain that the Roam data device did cause these transactions to duplicate. These transactions were immediately credited to the cardholder, and handled in a timely manner. Duplicated transactions have not been an issue since that time.
