Had a very positive experience with salesperson, delivery technicians, and manager We bought a dryer Price was the best of several stores we looked at An error was made in the style of machine but the management corrected it in our favor All were very personable and a pleasure to deal with

I bought 6 appliances from Electronic Express all at the same time when we moved into our new home. I have had nothing but trouble from the dishwasher & the over the range microwave. I have been trying to get these issues fixed from EE with no results. The dishwasher was installed improperly resulting in the dishwasher leaking & causing water stains on the basement ceiling because the waterline was under the motor & pinched. The electronical wires were nutted & left dangling from the unit & not placed in the security box. The dishwasher itself is faulty in that it does not clean the dishes on the top rack leaving food particles on dishes.
The microwave has 3 humidity sensors that do not work.
