treatment and then if she is not satisfied with the electrologist I can be her future electrologist. I thought this rather strange at the time. I was notified by this electrologist not to take [redacted] as she was a difficult person. Needless to say, her name did not register when [redacted] called to set up an appt. with me on January 7, 2016 for an hour. She came into the office and my office protocol is to have a consult prior to treatment which she was very hesitant to do. I told [redacted], no consult, no treatment. She stated that she wanted the hairs removed in 1 hour and preferred the short wave method. I asked [redacted] for a list of her medications. She toke the sheet and started listing her meds. Unfortunately I should have looked at what she was on or not taking - this would have been a reason not to treat her. Due to confidentiality of the information, I cannot state this information. I told her that short wave is more intense than the other method and she would have more inflammation. She said that would be OK. I cleared her chin hairs that were very dense and the corners of her upper lip within half an hour. [redacted] was given post treatment instructions which I explained to her. I showed [redacted] what the areas looked like post treatment, and she was satisfied. She gave me $46. Later that evening I received an e-mail of her displeasure of the treatment and requested that a refund be given. A money order for $46 was sent to [redacted] which she had received. [redacted] has sent me numerous e-mails stating that a negative review was given to YP. Later she sent an e-mail that she wanted my assistance in deleting that review. Another e-mail that she found a way to delete that negative review. She did received a refund.
