Review: On December [redacted] my husband put an order in through [redacted] with Electrobrands. He paid $29 for 2 day shipping and it is now Dec [redacted]. He did call and IM the company. He handed me the phone to discuss shipping issues since he is getting ready for work. The guy initially told me they could only refund me $20. I told him I wanted a FULL refund or I will be contacting the Revdex.com! (This is ALOT of money to be out for a service NOT given.) Besides the item is not due to arrive here until tomorrow! He then put me on hold to talk to his [redacted]. He got back on the phone to say they WILL be giving me a FULL refund. I then said I want it in writing! He told me he will be sending me an e-mail in the next few minutes. So I said ok and ended the conversation. So far ... no e-mail has came through to verify our conversation and that they will follow through with a refund.Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND of $29

Review: I purchased a projector on October **, 2013 with my personal credit card for the small church where I serve as pastor. I purchased this projector from ElectroBrands through the [redacted] online marketplace. Omitting lots of details for the purpose of saving time and space, it took me weeks to get them to ship any product. Because we needed it so badly, I allowed their representative to talk me into settling for a lesser model than I paid for. When it arrived, it was a used model, not a new one I thought I was purchasing. I was upset and decided I wanted no more to do with the clearly fraudulent company (based on reviews I started reading online). I contacted them for a return shipping label, which they delayed for about two weeks. I finally got in touch with [redacted] customer service, which was able to get ElectroBrands to send a return shipping label. I shipped it back on November *, 2013 to another company in Seattle, WA (apparently ElectroBrands simply purchased for them and had them send it to me). I have contacted ElectroBrands multiple times to try and get a refund, which he has never done, always excusing his ability to do so by citing [redacted] and his relationship with them. I have contacted [redacted] repeatedly since March. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, Chase, twice, both of which have been denied. As of yesterday (September **, 2014), [redacted] said they could no longer help me (which I view as contrary to their Marketplace promise on their website). As of today, the same ElectroBrands representative has told me he will not help me, again with a story about [redacted]'s fault in the matter. Nearly a year later, and I am still paying interest and principal on a charge for a product I returned (and for which I have proof of delivery).Desired Settlement: I want ElectroBrands to refund me in full for my purchase in the amount of $1,608.50 PLUS all the interest I have paid to date because of their negligence.
Review: I purchased a Garmin Approach S4 from this seller doing business as Hashtag Savings. The order was placed through the [redacted] website, order [redacted]. The post office attempted to deliver it, however I was never home to receive the package. [redacted] tracking number [redacted] sent on 4/**/15.
Since the product was never delivered, it was returned to sender. It is no longer at my local post office. Because the package required a signature, and I work 7 days a week, I was unable to sign for the package.
On July **, 2015, I received an email from AJ at [redacted] that my money would be refunded. I have never received the product, I have never received a refund.Desired Settlement: I would simply like a refund for my purchase, which I never received. I have tried to work directly through the company, but it has now been 4 weeks since my last interaction with them and they refuse to work with me.
