We would like to update the public concerning the complaint that was placed about our establishment on May **, 2015.The customer came into our store on May **, and her items weren't readyWe asked if she would like to pick them up the next Tuesday (5/**)She came back with her father that
same day (5/**) and they agreed that they would wait and pick up the items on May **, We have all of this recorded on out store security camera, so we are at a loss as to why this customer filed this complaint the same day everything was agreed upon.The customer did return on May **, to pick up her items and didn't express any discontent, nor was there any mention of this filing.Also she asked refund cleaning fee because items weren't ready on time which was $4.50 We take our business extremely seriously and would never do anything that would damage our long-standing reputation with our clients

[The dry cleaner told  me that the item would be available the next day, initially the [redacted] refused to refund my money-it was only after I returned with a witness that they reluctantly refunded my money with the promise that the clothing item would be returned the next day.  The next day the item still was not available and they were not sure when the item would be found.  I had no choice but to return Tuesday-4 days after they lost the item.  Although the item was returned, I would like the public to know that lack of good faith practice and customer service occurs at this business.]
