Review: I ordered a cellphone from this company that doesn't work I contacted a person at the business and he tried to tell me how to make the phone work, I did everything he said the phone still did not wrk, so I messaged him back, his message back to me was that he suspects that I dont even know how to install a sims card correctly! my opinion is as follows: it is and was very unprofessional for him to use that language to me,I did my part, his phone was just no good! prior to contacting him I had taken the phone to [redacted] in [redacted], they sale and service the same phones, they said that the phone had been ROOTED and that they could not fix it, they suggested returning the phone getting a refund and I might add they didn't try to sell me a phone either! I just feel very strongly that people with his attitude should run a business!
