Review: To Whom it May Concern, About 7 weeks ago, I contacted what thought was an authorized [redacted] Vacuum cleaner retailer: Electric Vac to help fix an issue with my vacuum cleaner. A quarter had been swallowed up into the vacuum cleaner and it was making lots of noise, although it was working fine I wanted this fixed. [redacted] of Electric Vac came to my house, looked at my vacuum cleaner and took it to be repaired. I gave him a $247.00 check, which has been cashed, so he could [redacted] the fixed [redacted] Vacuum cleaner back to me. It has been 7 weeks and after repeated calls he refuses to call me back or answer my phone calls. Best,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I need my vacuum cleaner returned and fixed. I also would like to be refunded the $247.00. I'd also like the Revdex.com to flag this business as a business that unless this matter is resolved is conducting fraud.
