Electric Sunrize Lash

On *** I saw *** of *** advertising CBD oil. One of its properties was to alleviate joint pain. There was a trial offer for shipping which was $6.88. I used this oil for 30 days and found it did not help. There was no difference in my body.

In April I received another bottle of CBD oil. Then on my *** Card bill (05-08) I received a charge for $94.86. I promptly called *** Card because I did not recognize the name of the Company which was Electric Sunrize Lash. City Card connected me with the company. I stated that I wanted to cancel this product because it really did not help me. I spoke with Maureen, and I was asked to return the bottle. Then my account would be credited. I returned the bottle with this number given to me:***. Maureen specifically stated that I had to put that number on the package being sent back to Electric Sunrize Lash.

My next *** Card bill did not receive the credit of $94.86 and had another charge from Electric Sunrize Lash.

I promptly called the company using the 844-772-9314 telephone number. Agent 014 (Faye) said that the charge for 06-08 would be refunded on my next bill.

However, when I asked about the initial charge on 05-08 the Agent was reading from a document and, quite honestly, I could not understand her. I told her I returned the bottle and that I should not be charged. Her response was to re-read her document. I asked for a supervisor. Agent 014 said none were available, and I would have to wait two to four-days to speak with one.

I then informed Agent 014 that I did not like their shaddy business practices, and I would contact the Revdex.com.

I know that this is only $94.86 which I will probably never see; but, truthfully, I just had to voice my complaint with this company and ***'s endorsement of this product.
