Review: The male caller is very unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. Caller does not respect company's participation in Do Not Call list. Caller has absolutely no customer service skills. Company requested for his name and phone number in which he hung up the phone without disclosing information. Caller has terrible attitudes. The call was received on February 19, 2014 at 11:01am Eastern Time. Caller ID indicates that the call came from 714-338-8911. It is a credit card processing company.Desired Settlement: Caller and caller's company needs to follow Do Not Call list policy and be fined when policy is not followed. Caller needs to have customer service, professionalism, and sales telephone training. Caller needs to accept "no" and "not interested" as an answer. Caller is too pushy and aggressive.
