Unfortunately, on January 21st at 10:00am EST we terminated our technician in the Baltimore, MD market due to attendance issues We are currently seeking another technician in this market so that we may resume service.We apologize to all the customers, manufacturers, and extended warranty companies that were inconvenienced because of our staffing issue.We are hoping to be back in the Baltimore market very soon
