At this time, I have been contacted directly by Electotronics, LLC regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here] They contacted me and said they issued me a refund check and put it in the mail that dayThat was on November *, 2016,
it is now November **, and we still have not received a check from themThey said they had to issue a check because they switched over to a new system so they were unable to just credit back our credit card

Placed an order October ** 2016, it was just received now NOVEMBER **! One day short of a month. I sent them emails a couple times around the 3 week point, only for them to finally reply another week later that the item was on a "short" backorder and I would receive tracking info in 24-48 hours. That never happened. While the price was good, this is totally unacceptable to take a month to ship something. It's clear why they have no phone number and barely any customer service at best. Avoid this business.
