Elecsurf PC

Review: In 2010 I bought the license for Microsoft windows7 ultimate from them... This was advertised and ratings of this company were good as I checked. I paid $110.00 for the license key.... only to find out after these years of use that as I went to upgrade my windows... .Microsoft told me they sold that license to 9 other people..... I either want a legal key or my money back... I have since looked on the web and found these people are a rip off..... And Microsoft apparently does nothing to stop them.....
