Eldon Luxury Suites

Company took one night stay for hotel reservations in June and stated there was not a penalty for cancelation if done before 3 days of arrival. My conference was canceled due to Covid19. I called initially to cancel, no answer. When got answer was told call back and speak with manager, sent email and called and still no luck with getting refund. Was told in email that they will give money back after 3rd message sent to them, but nothing. O have copies of email messages.

In the past few days, the AC unit located on the top of the roof at The Eldon has been making a really loud noise. The noise is keeping me up at night. I complained to the staff and they told me they can’t do anything. The ac unit needs to be repair or replace. This is noise pollution!
