I bought a newly constructed home and have had a terrible experience with the home, and the companies response to warranty itemsI have multiple documented attempts to get these things taken care of and promises to get them correctedElder Construction does not follow up, extremely difficult to contact, won't call you back, won't answer emails - and generally appear to not care your home has items falling apart or flat out failed
They take your money and after that you are on your own
