Dear ***, Our customer reported the AC unit not working on 7/26/at that time we had our maintenance staff address the issue and it was resolved the same dayOn 08/02/our tenant reported that the AC went out again that is when we had an AC specialist come out and inspect the
unit 08/03/16. The AC specialist then informed our office that the unit would have to be replaced entirelyI then followed up with our tenant and informed her of the protocol and I would have to get back to her with a time they would replace the ACPer our company policy anything over $must be approved by our corporate office, given that an replacement is estimated $2,our Company had to receive an estimate in which we received on 08/11/The estimate to replace the AC unit was approved the same dayDue to the AC units in our community being on the 3rd floor a crane must be used to install the units, the earliest date to install the AC was 08/17/Due to unforeseen circumstances the AC unit was replaced 08/19/16. We understand that this is an inconvenience on the resident's behalf, which is why during the time her AC unit was out we provided the resident with window locks so that they could keep their windows open during the day and nightOur Company is currently working on a rent credit for the time our tenant was without an AC.Best Regards,*** ***
