Elam Construction, Incorporated

Review: Elam Construction was contracted to strip down and replace a bathroom in our home. The contract was signed, all payments made and work completed. However, our problem is that about 4 weeks ago we noticed a crack in the floor grout of our brand new bathroom. We have left several messages for Mr. Elam and even spoke to his son on several occasions. He has not made any attempts to contact us to make the necessary repairs. When we spoke to Mr. Elam's son we were informed that Mr. Elam's phone was broken. However, a broken phone for a legitimate businessman should not keep Mr. Elam from contacting us.Desired Settlement: I would like for Mr. Elam to contact me immediately so that a time can be set up to complete the necessary repair. If he is unable to do so I will need to have another contractor come in to make the repairs and then charge the bill to Mr. Elam as well as any time I miss from work to allow for such a repair.
