9/22/15She had come in 9/10 saying she wanted her money back. I was confused on what she was talking about when she said that I had switched her pants, She said that it was small and showed that the tag was worn away. However, she didn't bring the new pants with her to show me what it should look...
like. When people bring in alterations, we take the tag, write "hem", and we stapled it to the clothing right away and put it in the pile of alterations, There is no way could have switched pants cause her son's clothing are the only School uniform pants have done this school season. only usually get girls school uniform skirts to be hemmed. When she came in, all wanted to do is show her that there is no possible way to have switched pants with her. However, she didn't want to listen and just said that I had to give her money back. I had gotten the receipt cause on that receipt it shows her tags. To make sure if there was another customers tag that I might have missed, but at her tags were stapled onto the receipt. However, when I got the receipt out she had taken the pants and left. I didn't understand why she took the pants with her if they were old or why didn't she bring her other pants I hemmed as well. Also, how she could come in and Say I want my money back without me showing her what could have happened. I wanted to resolve this issue because I have it on camera the day her and her family came in. It shows that my husband tagged the pants right away and put it on the side. However, when I received the letter on 9/14/15, me, my husband, and an employee called her several times and left messages. She never returned my calls but I wanted to resolve this issue with her. It might have been that she brought old pants in and didn't realize. There are so many reasons. All I wanted to do is reach out to her so we could fix this and show her the camera, receipt, and the materials saved to come to a conclusion. However, there is no way for us to switch pants when we don't usually get children pants. And that her kid's clothings were the only clothes had hemmed so far.
