Overcharged me $40 but the manager and supervisor said that there was nothing they could do about it.
Overcharged me $40 and after I noticed it and took the receipt back in to point out the overcharge and the manager and supervisor after agreeing that I was overcharged said I'm sorry but there is nothing we can do because they didn't understand what happened. I said that we could re-ring the items up but they insisted that the mistake must have been on me. Until now El Rancho was one of my favorite stores but I'll never shop there again because I guess it was more important to rush to close than to make sure your customers are treated fairly and taken care of.

I purchased 5 lbs of Fajita on 3/24/18 to cook out that same day,I was out cooking the Fajita. I took bit after cooking it, the taste was terrible, I could not even swallow it, the after taste was disgusting. I thought it was just that piece of Fajita was bad & went back to try different piece of Fajita it was also terrible. Called the store wright away and talked w/Ricardo the Manager, he requested to take the product back in-order to get full refund,this was very inconvenience, not only having to carry product that was uncooked & cooked.The manager Ricardo only asked for the product the receipt & walked over to the register to get my money back, no apologies or any kind of sympathy. This is very poor customer care.

Other (requires explanation) I would like for father investigation, to make sure that store in not selling expired product to customers, I did get my money back but that does not fix the problem. There is no reason to make 2 trips to the store to inconvenience the customers.
