EL Ranchero

I was dining in for dinner with my boys and my bill total was $51.94 and I gave the waitress a $8.00 tip which took my total to $59.94.
I went on my online banking on Saturday and saw the charge for $59.94 and an additional charge of $547.50 as well. I went to El Ranchero and they said they saw it and cleared it but there was nothing they could do that I would just have to wait. After debating back and forth they did give me $60.00 in cash for our meal.
I then called my bank first thing Monday morning and explained what had happened. I went back to El Ranchero Monday evening because Christian on Saturday told me that then money would be back on Monday. When speaking with the gentleman on Monday evening they told me that their credit card company had spoke to my bank and everything was fine.
So Tuesday morning I called my bank again and the teller spoke with deposit of operations and they told me that nobody had called to speak about my account and that the charge was still pending. So El Ranchero lied to me regarding anyone affliated with them about speaking with my bank. The correct charge was ran first and the fraudulant charge was ran second. They say it was a typing error however the numbers are not close together and if the waitress ran the correct charge first what was the reason to run it again. I want my money back ASAP.
