The employee on duty damage the tire of the vehicle on the process of removing the tire out off the rim. [redacted] of the place agreed to pay half of a use tire . However she charge 90.00 dollars for a used tired and I end paying 45.00 dollars . She inflated the rate if the used tired in order to have me paying the total amount that cost a used tire . I have a concern due to the inflation of the price when they were responsible for the damage of a tire that only had a small hole when I required services. Employees were displaying an aggressive behavior at the moment of my claims .also at the end once I got home I did notice that the tired sold to me it's not the same size of tire that my car poses .Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of my money 45dollars and an installation of a new tire in my car with the same size number .
