The customer stated there was a finger nail in her food. She called and the representative she spoke to speaks perfect English.
We tried to resolve the issue and asked to provide the meal or any pictures, but she did not provide anything....

She also called the Health Department.
However, we will provide a refund and would like to offer 1 free meal.
