specifications, the rear brakes were deemed "un-roadworthy"; because the rear brake shoes fell off when the rear drums were removed to perform proper inspectionAccording to the written statement in which, *** sent to the Revdex.com; she states that we had given her a quote which was more than double the cost of repairs to certify her ***This statement, is in fact, falseAccording to quote we had given her; the completion of her brakes (the only failing component for her ***) would have been $*** taxes included*** submitted a receipt from another business stating that she had the work done else where, for the cost of $*** The estimate on winter tires, was not required by the ***; nor was the sway bar linkThese items were recommended to the customer, but were not a requirement of her motor vehicle inspection
On the submitted Speedy Auto Service receipt; there is a note under the *** which states " note unroadworthy due to brakes falling off when drums came off car to inspect them" - the rear brakes were the only component required by the ***; This was verbally explained to the customer
