Review: el cowboy auto sales co- owner [redacted] does not want to provide a selling contract for a car that I purchased on Sunday 16 February 2014 for the total amount of $5,300.00.

Today Friday 21 February had a phone conversation with owner of mentioned dealership and he refuses to disclosed in writing the explanation of charges nor disclose to me any type of warranty the car is been sold or purchase under.

One good thing he mentioned is that he agrees to provide me with 15 days as of the warranty period; however, he is failing nor willing to provide such information in writing.

That said, he is advantageously and deliverately stating that his company does not provide any type of receipts nor any type of contract for any of the transactions that they perform within their premises.Desired Settlement: Please assist me with my complaint. I put all my trust on an individual that is not been honest with the business rules nor the society we live in. As of now, I have already paid off the Totota Yaris 2008 car but I would like to have something in writing that fully states my rights as a buyer in addition to that under what conditions the vehicle was purchased or sold under.

Note: The car was returned to "El cowboy" for additional Administrative work (i.e., DMV Verification of ownership) is done today.
