To Whom it may concern,I first would like to apologize on behalf of El Bucanero for the confusion with the food, service, and over-charge as statedWe would be looking further into this matter I have attached what I found for the stated transactionIf your bank is not willing to reimburse
the money as stated for any over charge we would gladly do so once we receive a copy of the bank statement and copy of the receipt to show the over charge amount.As you could have noticed our restaurant was very much full of Customers so a mistake could of easily had happened and we will make sure to rectify any errors once we have the applicable document of the over charge along with a bank statement.Again our sincere apologies,Thank You El Bucanero

I am rejecting this response because: They are not honest! It's easier to say sorry but the waiter remains employed there. I seen him still working there! I left a 0 tip and they charged me a outrageous tip. This can only be resolved one way, termination. That's how I feel. In their response they never reached out to myself in their statement to say they apologize to me. Typical dishonest establishment. Lets be truthful now, certain patrons at certain types of restaurants, just go with it and literally accept any type of service or food that is presented to them. If more of you feel as I do, please, lets be heard!
