I ordered both my children's beds for our new home understanding that they may be received within a month timeYour order online site did not indicate any delivery timeframeWhen I first called your customer service on June 6th to check on the status of the order, I was informed that the order would be leaving the Ashley facility on June 13th, arrive to you on 6/and then with a day transit time, be delivered to us by the beginning of June 22nd weekIt is when I called again on 6/and spoke with your very helpful customer service rep Celeste S***, that I was informed that only half my order- the Iseydona bed- had arrived so was being held in your warehouse until my son's bed and nightstand arrivedCeleste found that my son's bed, etc, was delayed and did not ship from AshleyI insisted that my daughter's bed not be further delayed and Celeste arranged to have my daughter's bed ship immediatelyIt arrived Wednesday July 8th via FedEx.Needless to say, I have been extremely

When I first called your customer service on June 6th to check on the status of the order, I was informed that the order would be leaving the Ashley facility on June 13th, arrive to you on 6/16 and then with a 3 day transit time, be delivered to us by the beginning of June 22nd week.
