Terrible service, this contractor installed a *** cement veranda In 2011, by 2012 the finish had started to peel off the top of the step, to show the grey cement below the finish, he blamed the damage on another contractor that worked on the house, and didn’t take responsibility for NOT Putting the black colour into the cement, he just put a black finish over the cement and the result us a very horrible looking speckled front step..He was not a pleasure to deal with at times when called many times to repair the step..he did come back a couple of times and put a black coating that broke down in a every spring and had the gall to send me a bill for doing it!
