Review: Bought a 2006 Chev truck and problem with rims and tires.

Dealership would repay half on price a 4 rims and tires with the receipt.

We found a pet( 4 rims + tires) on Craigslist at

E+J Tires and Auto Repairs

He(E+J) wanted $950. for tires+rims

Said he would take $250 off in exchange for our 4 rims+tires.

grand total $700 plus $30 for lug nuts. During 2 1/2 hrs didn't check receipt.

We paid $180.00 on credit card plus $550.00 cash.

I only have the credit card receipt for $180.00 on credit card.

E+J will not fax or mail me the receipt. It's a 5 hour drive and he remembers us but says book keep out of the country and can't give us one.

He never gave us the cash receipt for $550.00 cash

This has been going on Since January.

We call and he keeps saying he can't give us one until book-keep comes back. He must have over 50 calls from me.

What do I do?Desired Settlement: Don't I have the right to legally get my receipt from a place of business for my purchase.

Consumer states that the business has finally faxed over requested receipt. Consumer is in disbelief of the measures needed to be taken in order to receive a receipt that should have been provided in the first place. The consumer considers the matter resolved.
