Review: Included in funeral services is the distribution of final paperwork which includes death certificagtes. I paid for 3 of them and have yet to receive them. When I was contacted that they were ready I told them I was out of town, and if they could please mail them to me. Their response was that they could not cover postage costs, and that they would leave the paperwork with someone who game them no money for services rendered. This after they received thousands of dollars for the service from my brother and I, paid in full of course. As of today I have yet to receive any final paperwork. The funeral was in December of last year.Desired Settlement: I would like complete follow through of services that were paid for.

Let me begin with answering this unwarranted and unnecessary complaint from [redacted]

I know one of the three brothers who approached our office to make final arrangements for their mother. There was obvious and noticeable tension between these three men...They augured while in the office frequently. The staff had to Intervene (verbally) to bring back into focus the reason for the meeting which was to complete the funeral and burial arrangements for their mother.

The next couple of days were trying, to say the least, for our staff. Upon completion of our services to this family, [redacted] had left town to return back to his home in Florida. It was agreed by all concerned that, papers would go to [redacted]. {brother to [redacted], Son to deceased) who lives in the same borough as the Funeral Home. [redacted] agreed that we could issue to you his phone# ###-###-####
