I put down a $300 deposit for blinds in 11/13, cannot get ahold of EJ [redacted] owner....[redacted](owner) cashed my deposit check in Nov 2013 for new blinds...I was told the blinds would be delivered in Dec 2013.So far, I have not heard from him. The message on his phone says: the person you are trying to reach is unable to receive your call.You are unable to leave a message. His shop is locked, blinds are all down.Desired SettlementMy $300 deposit back.

I contracted this company to put up an awning on 5/29/13.
