We are in receipt of M [redacted] complaint We will contact [redacted] in order to set an appointment to attempt a correction to his concern To this point we have addressed concerns that were not a previous condition of sale, and we have corrected concerns that were not a part of the warranty that transferred with the sale of this vehicle We have shown a willingness to assist this customer, and will continue to do so Thank you, [redacted]
[redacted] I just got through speaking with the Gap company that held [redacted] s contract His refund should be to him within 7-business days That will come directly from the Gap company, not the dealership The employee that was requested to handle [redacted] cancellation is no longer at the dealership so I cannot say where the breakdown was, but it's been resolved now!Thanks!
