Our service technician examined the Polaris Booster Pump twice and determined it is working properly. Adjustments needed to be made to the Polaris to allow it to function to the customer's satisfaction. The customer is pleased with the...
way everything is running.
The paperwork is available online, which we did tell Mr. [redacted] this and gave him the info. The
problems with his heat pump, light and any other issues were addressed
immediately and fixed at the time. Anytime Mr. [redacted] called, we would...
send our
technician out as soon as possible. As far as the timer, it was set by the
needs of the heat pump which should be run during the hottest part of the day. Ultimately,
it is the customers’ responsibility during an act of nature such as a hard
freeze, to make sure the pool is set properly for an extreme change in weather.
When he informed us of the damage, we did not tell Mr. [redacted] that it could not
be fixed, but that the manufacturer would not honor the warranty because the
damage was not due to product malfunction but due to an act of nature. Mr.
[redacted] left a message for [redacted] Eiland to call him after being informed of this
and gave a deadline of 5 pm that day for Mr. Eiland to return his call, which
Mr. Eiland was not able to keep due to meetings. When 5 pm arrived, Mr. [redacted]
called back to the store and said he would have someone else fix it, so we
removed him from our schedule.
