Eighth Street Fitness Club and Apartments

I am a tenant with an existing six-month lease at the Eighth Street Fitness Club and Apartments. My lease term is December 1, 2019 - May 31, 2020. I have informed the property manager on multiple occasions that the hot water in the shower does not last for more than 7 to 8 minutes before turning too cold. I have also informed the property manager on multiple occasions that the drain in the bathtub does not work properly. During showering, the water level rises very high without draining. I have asked the property managers to unclog the drain and to fix the hot water issues, but to no avail. Being that these issues pose serious health and sanitary concerns (as well as major inconveniences) due to the prolonged buildup of former occupants’ hair (or “other stuff”) long before I had signed my lease on December 1, 2019, I have decided to seek outside help (the Revdex.com) to assist me in rectifying these disgusting problems with the apartments.
