My air conditioner went out Saturday, June 16, 2018 and I know the office is closed on weekends. I called Monday morning and spoke with Leonora Khan and explained the outside fan was not coming on. I had not heard back and have been calling but no one has come to my home for repairs.
Dole Heating and Cooling came out this morning and fixed the air conditioner. Dole said that the repair person went to the wrong address. The issue has been resolved to my satisfaction.
With the record breaking heat temperatures, it was a challenge to get all of the tenants HVAC needs taken care of. Gloria is a great tenant and we are happy to have this issue resolved for her. Please see the attached that the complaint has been resolved.
Additional Comments from Consumer:

I have two issues with this company. I am supposed to have air conditioning (it states in the lease I am supposed to have central air) but that system does not work. I also have a leak in my ceiling right by my window. I woke up with a puddle on my floor. This puddle was right by electric and I could have been hurt. I asked them to fix this and I was told by the property manager that I should just put a bucket out for it. I understand that everything cant be fixed right away, but there not even making an effort to try to schedule time to help me. Its in my agreement that they are supposed to take care of these issues. I asked for my rent to be prorated because of these issues, the property manager asked why and that she would not do it.

work-order records, the leak was fromthe window and repaired on February 21, 2018. We first
received the complaint onFebruary 20, 2018. We have again followed up on March 5,
2018 to repair all possible areas on the roof.We could not respond to everything immediately due to the
weather. On March 5 we had to break the ice on the roof to make certain repairs.Regarding the air conditioner complaint, the temperature is
such that our HVAC tech cannotcheck it until the outside temperature gets above 70
degrees.Sincerely,***Broker Associate
