First of all, their address needs updated to *** in Brecksville. I ordered 365 pest with a contract. The contract states quarterly sprays, which is 3 times a year and a termite inspection. They charged me for an entire year and sprayed only 2 times and no termite inspection. They broke the contract. Then they claimed to have refunded me but they refunded money to an expired card number so I have received nothing. Because they broke the contract, they owe me back the money.
I contacted their sales team and the rep did not explain the cost involved with their service. She said after the initial 300.00 payment it would only be 49.00 for additional visits.She failed to explain that was a monthly charge whether they came out or not over a twelve month period. I called to cancel after one visit due to this issue. A rep came to my house and tried to due another treatment. I then told him to leave.. I called them again and was told they would cancel and have a manager call me. *** called and left me a voice mail but I have left 3 messages with him and he never returned my call..his number is *** I want my account completely cancelled in their system..
I canceled this service immediately after they did not show up for service. I have contacted them via phone and email numerous times to cancel this service. they have never been inside my home or done any work at my home. BUT, I am receiving a bill. I don't know how to get rid of them!

I just received a bill in the mail from Ehrlich for a total of $208.13.
This would be fine if I actually had anything done.
No appointments, no service, I never even called them for questions.
When I called, I talked to a representative that didn't know how or why I was given a bill to pay, I was not in the system of service or an appointment.
I feel that they do this often to scam people.
Be aware of this company.
This business, and its manager Jon E, does not fulfill its contractual obligations. This company does not pay its bills but chooses to ignore invoices, statements and request for payment letters.
Services were provide to this company upon their request, but they have never paid any amount on the invoice or statements.
In June of this year I hired this company for pest control services due to having mice in my home. They came out for a service call on 6/13/17. Per their contract they were supposed to schedule a follow up service call within 10 days. The service technician left my home without scheduling the service call so I assumed the company would schedule that later. I realized a few days before gong on vacation that no-one had called to schedule so I contacted the company on 6/22/17 via email stating I wanted to cancel my contract for follow up services which were $40 a month. I spoke with a rep there named Jason several times throughout that day. He said me that according to their records a service tech (Kevin) had been out to the home on 6/19 and was scheduled to go out to the home again on 7/12/17. I informed him that information was not accurate and that he had not been out at all. I asked that they come out that day since I would be on vacation out of town for the next two weeks and would be out of town. I was told someone would be contacting me from their regional office which never happened to schedule something that day. Someone finally came out later in July almost a month after the first service all. Since they did not meet the condition of their contract, I asked for a full refund and for my service plan of $40 a month to be cancelled which I was told I could do at any time. Last Saturday I noted that they continued to take out $40 from my account since July even though I had cancelled that service. I contacted them by phone and the rep stated she took my credit card information off their computer system. She also stated that I had received a service call on 11/22/17 with the same tech, Kevin. This is not possible since no one ever contacted me and no one was home at that time to be able to give him access inside the home. I asked the rep to please note that I wanted a call back from this company by this week and no one has called me. I am interested in knowing what their definition is of a "service call" if they did not have access to the inside or the home if they do not schedule for someone to be there. I have to say that the customer service rep (Jason) was extremely professional and very courteous in his dealings with me, however, I am still not satisfied since there appears to be some discrepancies here, particularly from their tech who is reporting he has been to my house when I was not even home on those days. I don't know what the company's internal processes are for keeping records of service calls, however, it is extremely frustrating being told that "our records show" when I know with certainty he was not out on 6/19 or 11/21.
The Ehrlich team is an extremely professional set of pest control experts, and we give them our highest rating. We were quite anxious about the unknown nature of our father’s bed bug infestation and what needed to be done, and we had interviewed several companies. However, the Ehrlich team’s courteous and respectful response to all of our questions, no matter how small, and their incredible attention to detail gave us confidence we had found the right team for the job. They immediately completed the inspection, and Dave and Brandon gave us thorough instructions about how to prepare the house. As soon as we were ready, they were there for the treatment. When the team returned for the follow-up inspection we were bug free, and have been since! Thank you, Thank YOU, THANK YOU.
Had an appointment on Friday 9-29-17 from 1-5 the person never showed and I had to take a half day of vacation to be home for this appointment. When I called the 800 number their response was oh well sorry you will have to reschedule we have no idea what happened.
