This replaces the previous response file a few minutes agoThe information about the leaves and gutter cleaning was incorrect, although the rest of the response is the same.I started mowing *** ***s lawn in July of after a recommendation from her real estate agentWe mowed when it was needed, and received an e-mail from her on July ** saying "Thanks!" We mowed the lawn a total of eight times between July * and Sept**I e-mailed an invoice to her on October **, and when she said she hadn't gotten it I sent it again on Oct**On Oct** *** *** sent me an e-mail saying "I received your billTell me how to pay with credit card." She gave me the credit card information, but the card was declined twiceSince the house was for sale, she also asked us to rake the leaves in the driveway and clean the guttersMy men spent hours there, part of which was witnessed by her real estate agent, who is willing to make a statement saying that he was there while they were workingTime went by and I did not receive payment, but heard that the house was soldOn Nov** she sent an e-mail complaining that I had no t done all the mowings she was billed for and that the leaves were poorly done, and saying that she would not pay the entire billI spoke to the real estate agent and said that I had no choice but to file a workman's lien on the house since *** *** was saying she would not pay for the services I had renderedOn Nov** *** *** sent payment and then apparently filed a complaint with the Revdex.comI do not understand why someone would not mention any problem with my services when the bill was received, then start complaining only when she had sold the house and I would not have any way to try to collect the money owed me without an expensive lawsuitThere is no merit to her complaint because the work I billed for was done properly and on the dates I billed forHer complaint came only after she told me she was not going to pay me, not at the time the work was done

I spoke with Mr*** on 1/31/regarding his concernsMr*** explained that he did in fact cancel his services with Ehrlich and continued to receive notices of his account being delinquentI contacted our Accounts Receivable department located in Reading, PA to ensure his account was
closed out and that all of the remaining invoices be canceled from the date of cancellationI sent Mr*** an e-mail with my contact information and receipts confirming the cancellation of the services and invoicesI have not heard back from Mr*** since 1/31/

I reject their response. I have spoken with the *** ***, the USA division, regarding this matter, I have been advised fallows:- Leaks do not cause burned out clutches.- They either did not put in a new clutch, they attempted to fix just one piece, or they just plane and simply put it in wrong.- Any "consumer error" is not our responsibility due to the above reasons.- When I told them that German Auto said it was a consumer error from a born and raised in France driver, they literally laughed; Europeans only have manual clutches, so the theory of it's consumer error from someone who doesn't know how to drive a clutch, is preposterous, my husband knows how to drive a clutchTherefore he also knows when the clutch is burning. - Porsche warranties their products for years, unlimited miles(German Auto is not an exception)On May 27th my husband took the Porsche to *** *** ***, to try & fix the AC Belt, which was put back incorrectly and broken due to the incorrect re-installation after "fixing" the clutch, there were no oil leaks. The hour diagnostic performed by German Auto was way offNot to mention that they didn't claim there were oil leaks until after replacing the new clutch kit. *** *** ***:- Put in a new left rear sensor (German Auto did not catch this) - One Axle- Air duct at fan shroud - And verbally advised my husband to take the Porsche back to German Auto due to the clutch beginning to slip again. There were no oil leaks prior to bringing in the car, and there were none afterGerman Auto was attempting to scam us out of another $5,000.00. My husband hired a paralegal by the name of *** ***, to witness as he test drove the vehicle around our neighborhood, he was also present as my husband dropped off the vehicle at German Auto for the clutch issue. Approximately miles were put on the vehicle after pickup. The car was not smoking during the test drive around the neighborhood, there was also no smell presentAs I have stated before when a clutch is burning, it smokes a lot, and smells. However the clutch peddle was not catching until pushed down all the way to the floor boardNo new clutch does this. When dropping off the vehicle my husband told *** (whom he was speaking with, also the mechanic that worked on our vehicle) to look at the vehicle while it was on and in motion, he showed him there were no leaks, no smoke, no smell & informed him of the issue at hand with the clutchAll the while Mr*** took notes. Last Thursday *** called me at work, he admitted we called in months ago, and admitted that leaks don't cause a burned out clutchHe agreed that my husband knows how to drive a clutch, but that they still are not going to warranty the product, and workI informed him that Porsche warranties their product for years, he had nothing to say to thatAs they stated in their first response, they record all conversationsSo they should send that to you. The fact of the matter remains, they either did not put in a new clutch kit maybe because they tried to just fixing one piece, but charged us for the whole kit, or they really did put in a whole brand new clutch kit, but put it in severely wrongEither way, I was doing them a courtesy by bringing the car back to them, and giving them the opportunity to fix their mistake, I gave them yet another courtesy in attempting to resolve the matter through Revdex.com, I am out of courtesy, I have contacted the *** ***, there will be repercussions for their actions, what they did was either just wrong or a scamEither way it is their responsibility to fix the issue at hand. Regards,*** ***

I received the complaint letter and after review I looked in to Mr***'s account and noted that his service was cancelled and his account closedUnfortunately, our system generated his next invoices and they were sent before the system processed the cancellation. As of now, his account is in
fact closed and no further balances are owed, All finance charges have been removed as he requested. He should no longer receive any invoices or statements.-- *** ***District ManagerMassachusetts, Rhode Island** *** *** *** *** **

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Unfortunately [redacted] is not conveying that he offered several times to do the fall leaves cleaning IN THE WHOLE PROPERTY not only the driveway. I accepted it for the whole property and instructed him to do it at the end of November since there were leaves falling still. I never asked him only the driveway. He wrote in his invoice " 11/** 2 guys 8 hrs mow and mulch leaves and blow off lawn" .As he recognizes he only did the driveway. So  2 men in 8 hrs. should be able to clean way much more than a driveway. He charged $500.00 for it. I doubt the witness he offers was watching the men for 8 hours. I have pictures of the lawn full of leaves, driveway and all to prove my point. As for making the claim after I paid I already explained that he threatened with a lien in my property and I am very careful about my credit score. His response is not satisfactory and I ask for a refund of $ 800.00[redacted] [Your Answer Here]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[[redacted] sent me an invoice in September 2016 after the fact. My instructions from the beginning were to notify me every time he did the mowing so we could check on the completion of each job. Instead after complete silence  he sent me a bill 3 months later for July, August and September for $800.00 dollars. During all that time we had not notice of dates of mowing and you could not tell if he had mowed because it has not been a rainy summer so the grass did not grow that much. When he offered to do the fall leaves cleaning it was for the WHOLE property not for the driveway only. That is why when us and my caretaker had to rake plenty of leaves I realized that it was a poor job if it was done at all.He also claims it was done on 11/** and my instructions were to wait till the following week since the leaves were still falling. The house has not been sold. I wonder where he got his information. It is still ours.We were very unhappy with the jobs, the threats and the abuse of his lien rights that is why the checks were sent to the realtor who recommended him. As for the timing of the complaint I did not file  with Revdex.com before but after paying because of the threat of a lien and I have an excellent credit score that I take care of. I request a refund of $800.00

The repairs performed on this vehicle were over a year ago and are passed warranty period. The customer was advised at the time of repairs and signed their signature to their repair order at time of pick up which stated "severe oil leaks, vehicle is unsafe to drive, customer was...

advised and declined further repairs etc. etc." We saved the original failed clutch from this vehicle that we replaced do to the memorable experience with this customer upon there last visit in. It has the matching production date code of the vehicle and is very obviously failed. We showed them these parts when thay came to pick up the vehicle. Again reiterating this vehicle should not be driven but towed due to the further repairs it needed. We never replaced the A/C belt, the customer was never charged for this repair and it is not a charge on their invoice. We record every phone call made to and from our business. We have no record of a call being made to or from this customer since they picked up vehicle on 11/8/13 at 4:31pm.
