On Friday. Oct. 17, 2014 I visited  Georgio's Oven Fresh Pizza Co. **7445 Day Dr. **Parma, Ohio 44134 .  I gave the Georgio employee  a 'Max Values' book of coupons of local businesses, which I had received in the mail.  I indicated which coupon I wanted to redeem. The coupon was for a pizza, a family sized salad and
ten wings. The employee tore the coupon from the booklet. The coupon indicated the price would be a total of $20.  I gave the female employee my credit card.
 I did not receive a receipt listing what items I had purchased, but I did receive a small print credit card slip indicating a charge of $25.
The print was too small for me to read. My reading glasses were in my car. I had no reason to suspect the charge was $5 too much....since I had never 
before had a problem with Georgio's. 
 I returned on Monday and the manager refused to return the $5 overcharge. because I did not have a Georgio's Pizza receipt,
other than my credit card slip which clearly showed Georgio's as the vendor.
 In the past, when I bought food at this Georgio's, I had never received a comprehensive receipt listing all of my purchases.
