Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 15, 2015/12/21) */
There are no contract disputesI am sorry it took so long to start the job but we do them in the order they are signed
The home owner has not paid bill in full and its been 6 years there for there is no warranty. Pay the balance and we will respond to your concerns.
I am rejecting this response because:E.H.Lawrence has been paid in full for the roof job! the facia and soffitt work is a totally seperate...
issue that was done without my consent to do this work. I came home and the facia and soffitt was removed from my home with no consent to do so it was laying in a pile on the ground. They also did this to the garage roof , shingles were removed and wanted me to pay for this as well, again with any consent. Im thinking that they do this intentionally. So yes e.h. lawrence was paid for the work that they were hired to do.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. He finally called me and told me he would have someone here as soon as possible, We will see.
The customer did not pay for the project. A government entity paid for most of it. The customer must pay the remaining balance. He began to pay then he stopped. He made 11 payments between Aug 8th 2011 and Jan 15th 2013 so for 18 months he made 11 sporadic payments. Now he is objecting to making the payments? He has not made a payment since Jan. 15th 2013. So for 3 years and 9 months he has not made a payment. If you steal a television from Walmart you do not get a warranty. I will play the part of Walmart in this scenario. The customer plays the thief.
