This website claims they are US based, US support and US Warranty They do not answer the phone They accept online orders, charge your credit card and then do not ship product and cancel days later I don't not believe this is a real entity and taking claims of products they do not have to sell They are not the manufacturer as its a Chinese company

Mr. Jason H[redacted], finds it appropriate to assault his "potential" customers. I was at [redacted] in Phoenix, AZ looking at products at the various vendors, my girlfriend and I stopped at this booth "Egyptian Sheets", she was looking at the various sheets on display. Jason H[redacted] proceed to tell us that we can find these "Egyptian" sheets, that are made in China but sold here in the U.S. on [redacted] for cheaper, so we proceed to scan the UPC code on the back of the sheet package and violà what did we find, the 1800 TC (Thread Count) sheets marked for $45 at his booth were on [redacted] for $25 or $20 cheaper. After Jason's advice to tell us they were cheaper on [redacted], he did not like the fact that I told my girlfriend it doesn't make sense to buy these, let's just get them on [redacted] if you're really interested in these cheap sheets. Jason proceeded to say that "that's not cool, this is my business, I have to make a living" and by living, he meant ripping people off, I digress. Jason then hit me in the face at this [redacted] in Phoenix, AZ - [redacted]. I refrained from showing him how good his medical insurance was, called the police and informed them of an assault that just took place. Buyer beware of this lack luster professional in this business who is ripping people off for the sake of his business not to mention, we he gives you advice he doesn't really want you to take it.
