Needed to exchange or get a refund on first time purchase that was defective. What hoops to jump through and yet I don’t see them doing anything to correct the problem....Merry Christmas
She contacted us about a damaged handbag 2 days ago. We have been working with the designer and her as soon as we got the complaint. It had not even been 14 hrs when we responded back to her, as she sent in request during close of business hours. We are not holding anything up and we did need to see pics and get approval from the designer as is stated in our returns and damaged policy.
I contacted the company I purchased it from within 24hrs if recieving my purchase. I should be able to return a product from the store I bought it from especially when there is a defect in the product. They want the designer to pay for a return label? I just want my money back and not the run around. One of the most expensive items they have and can not stand by for a full refund! EGunBgs and Conceal Carry Co is not a customer friendly operation or I would of had my return label within 24hrs. I received my purchase Monday, December 3rd, and called them Tuesday afternoon after a few emails....when I called, you heard CC comment to another office staff member (it’s her). Wow really. Talk about professionalism....lesson learned
