Review: I received a sissy bar bracket that did not have mounting tabs that were shown and need to be there for the backrest pad to be mounted to it.[Faulty merchandise] When returning to their website I found there is no phone number for customer service and there email address would not send.After reading there policies I find that they have a non return policy.what kind of business can sell a product to a customer and not backup the product they sell? Also with no customer service.Desired Settlement: I simply would like a replacement of #sb-610 detachable short sissy bar for hd bracket or my money back.

Review: I paid for an order (BRU-01 Saddlebag Secure) from the company towards the end of May 2014, and never received the order, received a bunch excuses why I haven't gotten the order but never the orderDesired Settlement: Money refunded to my credit card.
