Practice closed and can't find where my records are
Website shows Dr has retired but still lists a phone number of XXX-XXX-XXXX which I have called several times to try and obtain my medical records. I was a patient there for over 20 years and had several surgical procedures done and would like to be able to obtain my records to bring to a new doctor. I have left my name and phone number several times but no one calls back.I also never received a letter stating he was retiring prior to his requirement which would have enabled me to be proactive prior to his closing his medical practice.
