Richard [redacted] came to my house as part of a Well Inspection. During the inspection he found the sample faucet was not up to code with a recent change in the code. He offered to replace the sample faucet. After some quick research, the sample faucet truly wasn't up to code and the fee he asked for his services was about a third the price his competitors quoted me.
